Hey Peeps!I just came across this information through my Yoga Australia subscription and thought it might interest some of you … looks like a fantastic opportunity to learn more about yourself through yoga … who doesn’t suffer from anxiety these days?!  Hope they’re still taking people on – give them a call and do let me know if any of you participate in the study?!

Volunteers who experience symptoms of anxiety or depressionare being sought to participate in a study evaluating the effects of a yoga programme.

Eligible participants will be offered – free of charge – 4 individual lessons/consultations with a yoga teacher over a period of 6 weeks, and given a suitable personal yoga practice to do at home during the trial period. Some participants will be required to wait up to 6 weeks for the yoga lessons. All participants will also be asked to complete a number of questionnaires.

If you know somebody or would like to participate in this study yourself, please contact us for more information.
