This workshop will be a friendly and fun introduction to the style of yoga and meditation we practice here at Pure-Li Yoga.
I have had so many enquiries from people about our yoga here, many of whom are nervous about whether this style is going to work for them or not. And a suggestion from a lovely student, that maybe an introductory workshop might be a good way for people to test the waters.
So thats what we’ll do!
I’ll take you through a gentle and simple sequence, and I will tailor it to whomever shows up on the day, so we can work out if it’s going to work for you or not, and possibly come up with a whole alternative practice to offer if I find there is something else altogether required! It will be an explorative adventure for all of us!
This is for you if you want to see what we do here, if you’re not sure if you’’ll be able to “do” it or not, or if you just want to come check out this beautiful space, and hang out and practice together.
Between 2.30 and 4pm we will explore movement/postures, breath work and meditation, and will include an optional 30 minutes deep relaxation at the end from 4 – 4.30pm.
