This made my heart soar and brought me peace at the same time ..
I was treated to the viewing of this thought provoking video at the last Conscious Club event, and it made a great impression on me. Perhaps some of you will disagree with the sentiment herein … but … well …. either you get it or you don’t … no drama either way.
This video reminds me to be me, to make my life how I like to make & teach yoga – moving actively into and in each pose, not just making the shape … i.e.. trying to make each moment meaningful. Hope you get something out of it too!
