Due to the pandemic, Practice is temporarily suspended, resuming July 14th 2020.

We practice in blocks of 8 week terms

 . . . and whilst drop-in practices are possible (though not always available – pls text me to book), the space tends to be filled by full term members, as regularity and frequency of practice is the simplest way to give to and gain from the practice. Making the commitment to the term financially, really helps cultivate a loving commitment to your practice and self-care.
